Ice Cream
A week full of good honest work.
We were at the start of a long walk when we got yelled at from the other side of the street, to come on over. So, on over we went and lo and behold - a miracle. A member who wants to get active again and her friend who wants to learn more about the church!! Then they gave us a ride to our lesson that was an hour away. Blessings and miracles my friends.
Pizza Anyone?!
'm not sure what it is but no matter how hard I try to look alive, happy, and attentive while playing the guitar on video, it just simply can't be done.
Elder Holland gave a wonderful talk from BYU that sparked a bunch of dumbness I kept seeing on Facebook so that was not cool. But, just a small portion of the week.
We sadly did not have computer keys this week so we went back to the old ways...
We found some pretty cool people to share the Gospel with this week and the best part is they like being taught in person! So that meant lots of walking, a personal favorite of mine.
We actually found MANY cool people who were ready to receive a message and we doubled our goal of new people for the week! Last week of the transfer and the best one.
We got pizza to celebrate some success
It rained.
I had many many significant studies this week that brought new light and knowledge to my mind. I am extremely grateful for the teaching power of The Holy Ghost.
The Book of Mormon is THE BEST.
The way they do hot dogs out here is NOT the same as the US. In the states it's usually only a couple ingredients but nope, hot dogs here come with mayo, mashed potatoes, ketchup, hotdog sauce?, and this stuff called Batata palha. Imagine a MINI French fry that's crunchy like a crouton. Yeah, that's the best way to describe it.
We went to the church where the baptism was supposed to be at and when the Uber told us to get out I was like huh because there was no church in site. Turns out the church was basically a store front and it had the weirdest layout I've ever seen but hey it gets the job done so can't complain there.
I baptized Marcos and it was so cool! Literally, the water was freezing! But The Spirit was there and everyone was so happy.
I am so grateful to have the power to bless the lives of other people

I also had a very profound Spiritual realization Sunday morning while singing the opening hymn. God is good.
I am getting blessed with one last area!
Whether or not you or I like it or am prepared for it. I'm starting my last transfer. Let's go.
Sister Missionaries, Marcos and Elder Rosario
So much goodness in this picture.
