Sunday- I am grateful for Christmas music, parks, stories, and patriarchal blessings.

Another week 👇

I got a new comp to the trio, it's been an interesting week and hopefully only up from here. Miss the old trio tho 😥

We chopped and hauled a lotta logs on Friday and it was some real good stuff. I love working hard!

I had a great first and hopefully last, mission birthday! Ran a mile time trial in the morning, made myself some French toast, contacted some people and went to a mission lunch with 4 other zones! It was super fun and I got to hang out with good ole Elder Kimball. We had a long drive home and I called my family and then went over to Sister Lindsey's. She made us homemade pizzas and some excellent cake! She decorated the whole room with balloons and everything! She even had a scavenger hunt for us to do. She had all 19 candles and a birthday present for me! She is by far the nicest person I have met on my mission and I'm so grateful for her example to me! I ended the night with a good mission devotional where I might have fallen asleep... needless to say I felt very loved from all that and all the packages and messages I received from so many of you. I loved the whole day.

On Sunday we found a fishing pole and made a couple casts, it was sorta junk and so Elder Cannon chucked it into the pond and well I didn’t want that messy thing in there. Thankfully I was wearing my waterproof boots and so I tucked my pants in and walked into the pond as far I could and I used a stick to fish the fishing pole out. It was pretty funny. Anyways if you want a crappy fishing pole it’s sitting on a bench in Crystal city Missouri 😂 and I didnt get one drop of water on me😁

The mission just keeps flying by and really I'm grateful and scared, sometimes it's like wow times are so good that I'm scared for them to go away.

Sis Lindsey is the best!

Happy to report that I listened to Christmas music all of yesterday. I'm hyped.

I love all of you and worry about your eternal salvation, let me know how yall are doing 🙌
